(1) Working journalists will get public leave as determined by the manager.
(2) If a working journalist is required to work in a communication establishment on a public holiday, leave will be given instead of that day. If it is not possible to give leave instead, he will be paid for the day he worked.
(3) Working journalists on public holidays will get full salary.
(4) Public holidays cannot be accumulated.
